Another power-packed Real Estate Seminar holds in Newark, New Jersey, Saturday, June 24

A major follow-up to the landmark home buyer seminar held on Saturday, May 27, 2023, will be held this Saturday, June 24, 2023, from 11AM to 12PM at The Newark Public Library – Weequahic Branch, 355 Osborne Terrace, Newark, New Jersey 07112.

To be addressed by Sam Adjangba, a Mortgage Advisor NMLS # 143162 and Tyrone Lowman, a Sales Associate-REMAX 1ST Advantage, the Real Estate Seminar will take participants through the intricate journey of home ownership, explaining in minute details all the stages of the process and offering assistance to all who need their expertise.

They will painstakingly go through Newark’s current Real Estate Statistics, the Newark Masterplan and the present challenge of gentrification in the City.

They will explain the implications of the fact that only 25 per cent of residents of Newark are homeowners, the choices available to the 75 per cent of the population who are tenants, 50 per cent of who are rent burdened, spending more than 30 per cent of their income on rent, especially as the challenges facing renters are sure to get worse due to alarming rate of gentrification in the City.

“Newark, NJ is a booming city. In booming cities, rents increase exponentially. The value of real estate also increases exponentially. Real Estate in Newark has appreciated 100% in the last 10 years. Newark’s population is increasing due to immigration and migration from other cities and states. This trend is going to continue because Newark is a booming city,” the organizers of the Seminar stressed, urging Newark residents to come out in their numbers to be better educated on steps to take to be empowered through homeownership and real estate business.

Very importantly, also, participants will equally be updated on the $1 home purchase scheme of the Newark City, New Jersey, USA administration of Mayor Ras J. Baraka.

Mr. Adjangba is the Liaison between the Newark Property and Development Committee and the Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America (NACA), which is the first partner and Program Administrator for the revolutionary Homeownership Revitalization Program of the Mayor Baraka administration in Newark, which will enable low-cost ($1 dollar) sales of some City properties to residents of the City.

The Saturday, May 27, 2023, Seminar was very well attended, and participants are still reaping the rewards of their presence at the meeting. The Saturday, June 24, 2023 Seminar is expected to be much more informative with more resources available to assist participants who want to own homes or who want to get into the Real Estate business.
