Burial arrangements announced for late retired FRSC Assistant Corps Marshal, Ayobami Omiyale
The burial arrangements for the late retired Assistant Corps Marshal (ACM) of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), Ayobami Omiyale, have been announced by his family.
The funeral programme will begin with a Service of Songs and Night of Tributes on Wednesday, August 12, 2026, at No. 3 Fola Azeez Street, Engr. Niyi Oluwole Close, Enocra Estate, Fagbeiyiro, Alakuko, Lagos. The event is scheduled for 4:00pm, with the dress code set as white on black.
The Funeral Mass and Interment will follow on Thursday, August 13, at St. Catherine Church, Alakuko, beginning at 10:00am. The interment will be conducted privately and attended by members of the family only. Guests are expected to wear white with a touch of gold.
The funeral programme will conclude with a Thanksgiving Service on Sunday, August 16, at St. Catherine Church, Alakuko, at 10:00am.
Omiyale was a retired senior officer of the FRSC and served as Chairman of the Nigerian Military School Ex-Boys Association, Lagos State Chapter. He was also recognised for his dedication and contributions to the development of the corps during his years in active service and after retirement.
He will be remembered by colleagues, friends and associates for his service, leadership and commitment.
