The mystery surrounding a man identified as Ubong Okon who was caught inside a computer shop on Monday morning at Udo Eduok street in Uyo when the owners opened for business is yet to fully unfold.
The shop, eyewitnesses confirmed, was well secured with no sign of forced entry before Okon was found inside it.
The female owner of the Computer business center reportedly opened her shop and was surprised to meet the middle-aged man sitting inside his own urine and faeces inside the shop, and so raised the alarm which drew a large crowd to the scene.
In his confession, the man confessed that he went into the locked shop with the aid of his spiritual power, owning up to possession of some witchcraft powers.
The self-confessed witch narrated how all attempts he made to leave the shop using the same powers failed, leaving him stranded until morning when the woman arrived to open her shop.
The crowd at the scene along Udo Eduok street (Close to the Abak road traffic light), after intense interrogation and some sanctions, allowed the mystery man to go.
