Investors will have an opportunity to own shares in the Dangote Refinery as its Initial Public Offer (IPO) has opened Monday, September 14, 2026.

Futureview Securities, registered and regulated by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Nigeria, announced the offer in a notice to potential investors.

According to the notice, investors can subscribe for a minimum of 10 shares at ₦5,250.

The offer has opened on Monday, September 14, 2026, and will close on October 13, 2026.

The Futureview Group is playing a dual role in this historic IPO. While Futureview Financial Services is acting as a joint issuing house, Futureview Securities Limited, is one of the joint stockbrokers.

Mrs. Elizabeth Ebi, the Group Managing Director of Futureview Group, described the offer as an opportunity for Nigerians and other investors from around the world to take part in the ownership of one of Africa’s most talked-about industrial projects.

The Dangote Refinery, located in Lagos, is the biggest indigenous industrial project in Nigeria and is expected to play an important role in the country’s petroleum sector.

Futureview Group, a globally highly rated investment firm, urged interested investors to subscribe through its platform.

The minimum subscription is 10units and price per share is N525 with incremental of 10units.

Interested investors can subscribe through Futureview Securities before the offer closes on October 13 simply by clicking on the link and following the prompts. A process that Mrs. Ebi described as “quite seamless.”
