Tinubu, Obasanjo, Fubara, Sanwo-Olu, others attend Uzodimma’s 2nd term inauguration

President Bola Tinubu, former President Olusegun Obasanjo and Governors Sim Fubara and Jide Sanwo-Olu of Rivers and Lagos respectively were among dignitaries that graced the inauguration of Governor Hope Uzodimma of Imo State for a second term in office.

Uzodimma’s new Deputy, Lady Chinyere Ekomaru was also sworn-in at the ceremony that took place at the Dan Anyiam Stadium in Owerri,  the state’s capital.

President Tinubu, who spoke at the event, assured Nigerians of substantial investment in the education sector with the aim to train more people to defray the loss of manpower experienced in some sectors due to the “Japa” syndrome.

President Tinubu also promised increased financial allocation to boost healthcare delivery and ensure industrialisation in most states of the federation to boost the economy.
