The Nigeria National League (NNL) Ad hoc committee has fixed April 22 as deadline day for clubs to conclude their players’ registration.
Secretary of the league body, Lawrence Katken, said, Tuesday, in Abuja that registration had already began ahead of the season.
The 2015/2016 league season is expected to begin on May 7 as an abridged league with 32 clubs to participate in four groups.
“We have issued out letters to all clubs on the deadline for the registration, and we expect them to comply with it so that everything can move as planned.
“The fixtures for the league however have just been released also. So, we are preparing for the commencement of the league in earnest,” Katken said.
The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) had created the ad hoc committee to oversee the league’s affairs after the tenure of the former league board led by Emeka Inyama expired
