Mr. Peter Obi, Labour Party (LP) Presidential Candidate in the February 25, 2023, election was in Ogbaru, Anambra State for a thank you visit to the people of the area who voted massively for him during the last polls.
He was accompanied on the visit by Oseloka Obaze, an LP chieftain and former Secretary to the Anambra State Government and LP House of Representatives candidate, Hon. Victor Afam Ogene.
Ogene, a former member of the House of Representatives is participating in the upcoming supplementary election and Mr. Obi used the opportunity of the visit to canvass votes for Ogene’s return to the Green Chambers of the National Assembly.
The response of the people of the area was overwhelming and indicative of the outcome of the supplementary election.
