(Photonews) Abia Governor, Dr. Ikpeazu signs laws; flags off road construction

  Abia state Governor Dr. Okezie Ikpeazu assenting the Abia state Internal Revenue Amendment No 2 Law of 2016 and Abia state Public Private Partnership and investment Promotion Act into law in Umuahia. With him are the Speaker, Abia state House of Assembly, Rt. Hon Martins Azubuike (middle) and the Clerk of the House, John Pedro Irokansi.
