President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has returned to Abuja early on Thursday from Brazil following his state visit to the South American country.The President’s visit focused on strengthening relations between Nigeria and Brazil and witnessed the signing of several Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs).
President Tinubu had embarked on trips to Japan and Brazil. In Japan, he took part in the Ninth Tokyo International Conference on African Development (TICAD9) and from there, he travelled to Brazil for a state visit.
The presidential jet took off from Brasília International Airport Air Force Base and touched down at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja Thursday, and on hand to welcomed the President back to the country were some top government officials.
