When elder statesman, Chief (Sir) Okeke was celebrated in grand style at 80 in New Jersey, USA 

Chief (Sir) Casmir Uzoanya Okeke praying and blessing the people at the end of the joyous occasion.

For Obowo, Imo State- born Chief (Sir) Casmir Uzoanya Okeke, Saturday, July 12, 2025, will go down in history as a memorable day of great joy, the day that family, friends and associates from far and near came together to celebrate his remarkable journey of eight decades.

On that historic occasion of the celebration of the attainment of the major milestone of his 80th birthday, the main hall of the iconic Gran Centurions, on Madison Hill Road, Clark, New Jersey, United States of America (USA) was filled to the brim with the Who-is-Who that had gathered for the singular purpose of celebrating a man worthy of celebration.

His children and grand children blessed the gathering with songs of thanksgiving and praise to the Almighty God for the elevation of their Patriarch to the elite club of Octogenarians, and testified of the great role that he, alongside his wife and the Matriarch of the family, Lady Dorothy Okeke, has played in their upbring.

Other testifiers, from different parts of New Jersey, from different states of the US, from Nigeria, the mother land, and from other continents of the world, spoke glowingly, of the life of positive impact that the man of many parts has lived and continues to live.

They also prayed for longer life in good health and prosperity for Chief (sir) Okeke, the leader of leaders.

There was, expectedly, plenty to eat and drink, a lot of back-slapping, and much dancing, all of which gave the beautiful evening its unforgettable ambiance.

At the end of the joyous occasion, Chief (Sir) Okeke went round the hall, which was still full of family, friends and well-wishers, to shower prayers on all who had made his day so special.
