Deputy Senate President and Delta All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship candidate, Senator Ovie Omo-Agege has felicitated with the Chairman, Senate Committee on Niger Delta and lawmaker representing Delta North Senatorial District, Senator Peter Nwaoboshi on the occasion of his 65th birthday.
In a congratulatory message, Senator Omo-Agege described the ranking lawmaker as a patriotic and reliable individual who has contributed immensely not only to the advancement of Delta State but Nigeria as a whole.
The Delta Central lawmaker applauded Nwaoboshi for devoting his life to public service with uncommon courage, determination, fortitude and diligence.
While emphasising that the legislator remains an inspiration to many, Omo-Agege lauded him for his commitment to nation building.
“Without question, you have written your name in gold in service to our dear state Delta and Nigeria as a whole. Your sterling records in public service are visible to us all.
“You have devoted your life to public service with uncommon courage, resilience and tenacity of purpose. We appreciate your commitment and the incredible amount of work you have done for our party, APC, to liberate our state from PDP.
