Former Chelsea striker Didier Drogba paid a courtesy visit to Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu at the Lagos House, Marina, on Monday, February 3, 2025.
Drogba was accompanied by his team and representatives from the E1 Racing Team during the visit.
The governor’s Senior Special Assistant on New Media, Jubril Gawat, shared a video of the meeting on social media, describing it as an interaction between Governor Sanwo-Olu and the African football legend.
Gawat captioned the post: “Between Governor #JideSanwoOlu and African football legend, #ChelseaFC legend, Didier Drogba, this morning at the Lagos House, Marina, as Team Drogba and representatives of E1 Racing Team pay a courtesy visit to Mr Governor.”
