Today’s world demands clear ideas, not character assassination. Policies, not propaganda. Facts, not fiction. Solutions, not slogans.
The modern campaign style should attack problems, not people. Debate issues, not enemies. Speak with clarity, not chaos.
Artificial Intelligence(AI), technology, data, and speed now define leadership. If a campaign cannot communicate intelligently, it cannot govern intelligently.
The new Nigeria voters are…
Young. Online. Informed.
They want competence, not noise.
The new Nigerian voter no longer pays attention to the ramblings of the Bayo Onanugas, Festus Keyamos and the Reno Omokris of this world.
If your message has no clear plan, measurable goals, and honest timelines … it is not serious. And your new Nigerian voters will not bite.
Nigeria no longer needs loud politicians. Nigeria needs smart leadership.
In 2022, PO saw ahead of all other politicians and leveraged on the new order. Senator Adams Oshiomhole, a khaki-minded member of the old order, saw it but wrongly interpreted it as “four people tweeting from one room.”
By the time they realised PO had taken over the new order, they panicked, switched off the Irev and ultimately returned Nigeria to that irritating old order.
From the day he was sworn in, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu seemed to have also secretly sworn to return Nigeria to 1999, obviously to a level his evidently slow-working mind could contain. His old-fashioned carrot and stick ultimately led to a landslide of defections into his All Progressives Congress, APC – a clear indication that the majority of our pretenders in the political class have not yet smelt the coffee.
But Emilakan didn’t bargain that his outdated grand moves could unite his ultimate fears into one umbrella.
ADC, the Peter Obi you now have in your fold is years ahead of your normal Nigerian politician. He is a grandmaster in modern communication. He’s a guru in modern leadership of tackling issues. He’s an expert in ignoring detractors. And he’s a five-star general in noticing and avoiding booby traps.
He will sell ADC to the new Nigerian voter. He will convince Nigerians to vote ADC in 2027. He has done it before. And he will do it again, even better this time. Because the new Nigerian voters trust him…no Nigerian politician since the Fourth Republic commanded/commands such trust.
What should ADC do to maximize the pure gold they have in their hands in PO? We shall be analysing regularly.
