President Muhammadu Buhari, Monday, September 17, 2018, declared open the International Association of Ports and Habours African Regional Conference and Exhibition in Abuja. Present at the occasion, among others, were Former Head of State, Abdulsalam Abubakar, Minister of Transportation, Rotimi Amaechi, Managing Director, Nigerian Ports Authority, NPA, Hadiza Bala Usman and Senator Abdullahi Gumel
