



Managing Director of Nestle Nigeria Plc, Mr. Mauricio Alarcon, has reassured that the largest Nutrition, Health and Wellness company, would continue to work alongside partners to create shared value – contributing to society
while ensuring long term success of its business.
Mr. Alarcon, who said this at the 48th Annual General Meeting, AGM, of the company in Lagos on Tuesday said that ‘Creating Shared Value’ is embedded in everything Nestle does, stressing that the company will “continue to work to impact the society positively.”

The Members of the Board, Shareholders, Gentlemen of the media,
Distinguished Ladies and Gentlemen, it is my pleasure to see you all here at the 48th AGM of Nestlé Nigeria PLC.
As we look forward, we will continue to work to impact the society positively.
