Okenze, Onochie, Lucian Ugwuakposim Uche passes on at 95; Interment on Friday, April 14, 2023

The Uche family of Umuanya in Lomoma, Umuevu, Okrika Nweke Autonomous Community, Ahiazu Mbaise, Imo State, has announced the passing on to glory of their Patriarch, Late Okenze, Onochie, Lucian Ugwuakposim Uche, the Okenze 1 of Okrika Nweke Autonomous Community, Onochie Eze 1 of Lomoma, at the age of 95.

The highly respected Christian leader, according to a notice by the family, went to be with the Lord on November 3, 2022, after a life of great positive impact on countless personalities all over the world.

The family has rolled out a programme for the celebration of the life well spent of the revered Community leader and repository of knowledge who is survived by his wife, children, grandchildren and great grandchildren as well as by many relatives, in-laws, friends and associates.

The Funeral Mass would hold on Friday, April 14, 2023, at the Holy Ghost Catholic Church, Umuevu, Okrika Nweke by 11:00am, to be followed by Interment at 1:00pm. The celebration of the illustrious life and times of the departed Okenze will commence thereafter at 2:00pm.

The celebration of life ceremony and entertainment of Guests, who are expected to come from far and near, will take place at the Comprehensive Secondary School Okrika-Nweke (CSSO) School Field.

A Thanksgiving Mass will, thereafter, hold on Sunday, April 16, 2023, at Holy Ghost Catholic Church, Umuevu, Okrika-Nweke by 9:00am.

The great educationist is being mourned worldwide by the men and women he impacted positively during his remarkable lifetime.
