Peter Obi, Labour Party Presidential Candidate’s biography for public presentation, Wednesday, September 21

A Biography of Mr. Peter Obi, Labour Party (LP) Presidential Candidate in the 2023 general election in Nigeria, will be presented to the public on Wednesday, September 21, 2022.

The publication, titled THE PROMISE OF A NEW ERA, A story of Governor Peter Obi, is authored by the former Governor’s Chief of Staff, Dr. Chuks Iloegbunam and published by Eminent Biographies.

The public presentation will take place at the Enugu Sports Club from 10:00 AM under the Chairmanship of Professor Chinedu Nebo, a former Minister of Power.

Professor Uzodinma Nwala will be the Guest of Honour while Professor Joy Ngozi Ezeilo, (OON), a distinguished Law Professor, the Emeritus Dean of Law, University of Nigeria and former United Nations Special Rapporteur on trafficking in persons, will be the Book Reviewer.

Mr. Obi, by all accounts, performed superlatively as Governor of Anambra State during his two-term tenure, and left outstanding legacies which, it is expected, Dr. Iloegbunam, a foremost journalist and Biographer, who worked very closely with him as his Chief of Staff has documented in the book, THE PROMISE OF A NEW ERA, A story of Governor Peter Obi.
