Princess Abah Folawiyo, Doyen of Nigerian society, celebrates 80th birthday in grand style

Pathfinder in modern fashion designing in Nigeria, Princess Abah Folawiyo celebrated her 80th birthday in grand style recently and Who is Who in Nigeria graced the event.

Wife of foremost businessman and philanthropist, late Alhaji Wahab Iyanda Folawiyo, the award-winning founder of the celebrity fashion label, Labenella, who made clothes for the high and mighty, was the perfect hostess at the party that had the likes of President Olusegun Obasanjo, Alhaji Aliko Dangote, UBA’s Tony Elumelu, Zenith Bank’s GMD, Ebenezer Onyeagwu, Aremo Segun Osoba, Gov. Babajide Sanwo-Olu, Gov. Dapo Abiodun, General Ike Nwachukwu, Chief Gbenga Daniel, Hon. (Dr.) Abike Dabiri-Erewa, Chief Opral Benson,  CEO Chisco Group, Chief (Dr.) Chidi Anyaegbu,  Apostle Folorunso Alakija, Senator Florence Ita-Giwa and Chief Bisi Olatilo, to name but a few.

The Doyen of Nigerian fashion was, expectedly, exquisitely dressed for the occasion and was literally on her feet most of the time, receiving her guests and dancing, almost non-stop, to the admiration of all the dignitaries that graced the first class gathering.
