RCCG begins 63 days fasting, Monday, January 11, 2021

Members of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, RCCG, are to commence 63 days of fasting and prayers on Monday, January 11, 2021.

According to the General Overseer of the Church, Pastor Enoch Adejare Adeboye, the fast will be in three phases of 21 days each.

The first phase of 21 days, starting January 11, 2021 will be devoted entirely to thanksgiving.

The second 21 days is set aside for all to cry to God for mercy for self, for family, for the Redeemed Christian Church of God and for every participant’s nation.

The last 21 days will be for prayers of demand for self, for family, for participant’s church (” whereby you’ll demand growth, expansion, supernatural provision, anointing, miracles, signs and wonders.”)

The prayer of demand will also be for participant’s nation, for healings (physical, economic and political).

According to the notice, “if you don’t want to fast on a daily basis and you want to fast continuously, each segment of 21 days can be done 12 days continuously .

“If you want to do all the 63 days in the continuous fashion, it is 30 days continuously.”
