Sarah Atusiuba is a highly driven and accomplished legal professional from Abba, Njikoka Local Government Area of Anambra State. At 24 years of age, she has demonstrated exceptional academic and leadership excellence throughout her legal education journey.
Due to her father’s missionary work, Sarah had the unique opportunity to receive her early education across various states in Nigeria. She began her primary education at Saint Augustine Primary School, Abba, continued at Graceville International School, Asaba, where she earned a double promotion, and completed her foundational studies at Saint Brigid’s Girls Grammar School, Ibadan, where she took the Common Entrance Examination.
She proceeded to Saint Louis Grammar School, Mokola, Ibadan, for her secondary education from 2010 to 2016, where she earned the award for Best Student in English Language.
Sarah earned her LL.B from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN), graduating with Second Class Upper Honours and a CGPA of 4.39, placing her in the top 3 per cent of her class. During her time at the university, she held key leadership roles in Magna Associates, serving first as Head of the Client Counselling Team (2020–2021) and later as Managing Partner (2021–2022). She received an Award of Excellence from the firm for her outstanding contributions. Sarah also served in various capacities within the University of Nigeria Students Bar Association, receiving an award for meritorious service to several of its committees, including the Ethics and Privileges Committee and the Supreme Council.
She further distinguished herself at the Nigerian Law School, Dr. Nabo Graham Douglas Campus, Port Harcourt, where she graduated with a First Class Honours.
Sarah Atusiuba is recognized for her intellectual rigor, dedication to excellence, and commitment to ethical legal practice. She represents the next generation of smart, forward-thinking lawyers that would certainly make their mark in the legal profession.
For equally good measure, Chisombili Nzubechukwu Igwebuike is a brilliant young legal professional from Nibo in Awka South Local Government Area of Anambra State. At 24, she has built an impressive academic and leadership portfolio, marked by excellence, service, and discipline.
Chisombili Igwebuike began her educational journey at Immaculate Heart of Mary Nursery and Primary School, Abagana, where she laid the foundation for her academic success between 2006 and 2011. She proceeded to Girls’ Secondary School, Awka, where she distinguished herself as a top student—earning awards for Best Student in Physical and Health Education (Junior Secondary), and Best Student in both Biology and Economics (Senior Secondary).
Chisombili, like Atusiuba, earned her LL.B from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN), graduating with a Second Class Upper Division. Her commitment to leadership and integrity was evident in her role as Chairman of the University of Nigeria Students’ Bar Association (UNSBA) Electoral Commission in 2022, for which she received an award of meritorious service.
She has just been called to the Nigerian Bar after successfully completing her legal training at the Nigerian Law School, Dr. Nabo Graham Douglas Campus, Port Harcourt, where she also graduated with First Class Honours. In recognition of her dedication and active involvement, she received a Certificate of Recognition from the Christian Law Students Fellowship of Nigeria (CLASFON) for her service in the sanctuary unit.
Chisombili Igwebuike exemplifies a rare blend of academic excellence, leadership, and commitment to service, marking her as a rising star in Nigeria’s legal landscape.
