A premier business organization established in New York and dedicated to strengthening economic ties and facilitating international trade and investment with Africa, the NYACC, according to Busie Matsiko, its President, has a diverse membership that includes individuals, small businesses, large enterprises, corporations and institutions.
The Chamber also serves as a vital bridge, connecting business communities across regions and fostering mutual growth. It leverages New York’s status as the financial capital of the world and is uniquely positioned to facilitate impactful economic partnerships that drive innovation, sustainability and shared prosperity.
Taking place on the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA), it is expected that the soft launch of the Chamber will be graced by dignitaries from different African countries as well as African Americans and other friends of the Continent from across the world, especially top government functionaries, diplomats, entrepreneurs, small, medium size, major and international corporations.
With the launch theme: “A Catalyst For Economic Synergy,” the NYACC is poised to take off on the fast lane, and is expected to quickly achieve its goals of becoming a “bridge for businesses aiming to connect globally.” It will also be hosting “events that create networking opportunities and promote trade across various sectors, including finance, technology, and agriculture, aiming to foster sustainable economic ties,” Matsiko said.
