Presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP) in the 2023 election, Mr. Peter Obi has joined the governorship candidate of the party in the Saturday, September 21, 2024 election, Barrister Olumide Akpata and his running mate, Alhaji Yusuf Kadiri, on a campaign tour of Benin, the Edo State capital.
The hugely successful rally, according to a post on his X (formerly twitter) handle by Mr. Obi “is a crucial part of our mission to engage directly with the people, sharing our vision of hope and transformation for a new Nigeria.
“As I have always emphasized, it is essential that we vote for the right candidates—those who demonstrate competence, capacity, consistency, and compassion to serve.
“Together, we can build a new Edo State and a Nigeria that is POssible. -PO,” he said.
