Python Dance: MASSOB petitions International Community, alleges plan to annihilate ‘Biafrans’

From; Madu Ezenoha, Enugu
Movement for Actualization of Sovereign State of Biafra, MASSOB, has appealed to the International Community to intervene and cause President Muhammadu Buhari to withdraw troops from the South East Zone.
The group said this is to prevent alleged plans to annihilate “Biafrans” due to the ongoing siege and alleged killings in South East states, in the name of “Operation Python Dance”.
MASSOB said ‎that the President Buhari-led government is on a mission to wipe out Biafrans from the face of earth, but that despite the invasion and killings, they would not run away from their father’s land.
MASSOB Director of Information, Samuel Edeson, in a statement in Enugu, Thursday, said that it was regrettable that President Buhari, who campaigned on change mantra was showing Nigerians ‎a negative form of change.
While condemning the continued attack on IPOB members and attempts to kill it’s leader Nnamdi Kanu, Edeson noted that burning of houses and killing Pro-Biafra members would not deter them from pursuing the restoration of a Biafra republic.
“This is crime against humanity, crime against Ndigbo and crime against Biafra. MASSOB wishes to remained President Buhari and the Chief of Army Staff Lt. Gen. Tukur Burutai that operation Python Dance in Biafra
land will bring the end of Nigeria because for a python to dance on the streets means the end of that python is at hand.
“We call on International community, USA, France and all those who have love for justice to come to our aid because the Nigeria government led by the Hausa-Fulani has a mission to wipe Biafra out from the face of the earth.
“Our promise is that we cannot run away from our father’s land. If Buhari likes‎ he can deploy Air force and Navy but he cannot stop Biafra,” Edeson said.
