Plateau State government appoints 12 new Permanent Secretaries, retires 7 and reverses appointment of 9 others

The Plateau State Governor, Rt. Hon. Simon Bako Lalong has approved the appointment of 12 new Permanent Secretaries, the retirement of seven and the reversal of the appointments of nine others.
A statement by Barr. (Mrs.) Hulda Nanbam Fwangchi, the Head of Civil Service of the state, said that the actions were taken following the recommendations of the State’s Transition Committee and the desire for change and effective service delivery,
According to the statement, the new appointees are Mr. Stephen Pam Gadong, Mr. Thomas Chollom, Mr. Moses Nwan, Mr. Cornelius Shiolbial and Mr. Samuel Ngumar.
Others are Mr. Sani Yahaya Mavo, Mr. Henry Laankwap, Mr. Gwatau Habila Abel, Mr. Ambrose Zwalnuang, Barrister James Giwa, Mr. James Yilnaan and Mrs. Julia Wuyep.
Those who have been reversed to the previous positions they held before appointment as Permanent Secretaries are Mrs. Vou Samuel Dido, Dr. Ezekiel Pam, Mr. Sunday Biggs and Mr. Solomon Dawal.
Others are Mr. Wuyep G. Rajib, Mr. Julius Shinkur, Mr. Dagwon S. Davou, Mrs. Hannatu G. Datong and Mr. Sunday G. Farmson.
The Permanent Secretaries that have been retired from service with immediate effect are Mr. Simon Pam, Mr. Habila G.Dung, Mrs. Julie Anpe, Mr. Bankat C. Tokkes, Alhaji Mustapha U. Galadima, Mrs. Ruth Biangten and Mr. Isaac Wadak.
The Government expressed appreciation to those retired for their years of Service to the Government and People of Plateau and wish them well in their future endeavours.
